Asmara Urban Resort is an oasis of relaxation, dining, and sports in the heart of Cebu City. Designed by Italian entrepreneur Carlo Cordaro, it features the two-story Piccola Roma restaurant and the four-story Asmara Life Style Hotel. Our structural design focused on lightweight construction, containerized transport, and easy installation by local workers. By applying simplicity to every phase—engineering, production, transport, and assembly—we delivered a resilient structure that has already withstood multiple typhoons and earthquakes.
