New Offices in Trento

Cantine Ferrari is located in an area surrounded by roads, limiting its potential for expansion. To overcome this challenge, the Krej Studio from Rovereto designed an innovative uplift, placing the 1200 square meters of new offices on the existing pillars of the underlying prefabricated warehouse. Our technical solution involved the installation of Vierendeel beams, reticulated structures with limited diagonal elements, which support the floor slab with lower beams and the roof with upper beams. This solution ensured obstacle-free internal spaces, optimizing the internal layout. A bold project and technical solution that demonstrate the union of expertise and creativity.
