Senior Co-Housing in Matera

Borgo Argenta is a residential project designed for seniors, combining independent living with access to healthcare and support services. This functional and sustainable small community consists of 20 housing units located near a Residential Care Facility. Designed by architects Antonio Di Benedetto, Nicola Fabrizio, Laide Aliani, and Stefano Sileo, the project was awarded the Casa Clima prize in Bolzano for its eco-sustainable solutions, use of natural materials, and construction techniques that minimize environmental impact while ensuring high living standards.
