ULIASSI
Restaurant in Senigallia Ancona

Designed by architect Fabio Ceccarelli, the three-Michelin-star Uliassi restaurant—led by chef-owner Mauro Uliassi and his sister Catia—stands at the Senigallia port. Its maritime-inspired architecture echoes the colors of traditional fishermen’s huts. We designed and built the structure to reflect the heritage of Adriatic trabucchi. Like a boat’s framework, it is entirely made of wood and, much like Venice’s historic buildings, is anchored on larch piles driven into the sand.
